Lovely staff who offered great service. It was a well-kept resort and beach, with a fantastic selection of food and drinks. They had a great range of entertainment (something for everyone), and the bar areas were well ran and services. The spa area was really relaxing, with great amenities - we had great massages there! The a la carte restaurants were brilliant, and we also enjoyed our a la carte breakfast upgrade (it was a very peaceful way to start the day). We would definitely come back.

We’d definitely recommend it for families. The hotel was really clean, Everyone was so friendly and great with our little boy. There were loads of food options, and we loved being able to grab snacks all day from the beach bar and street food hub. The pools were great, and the whole place had a really nice vibe and aesthetic. The only small issue was needing to be up early for sunbeds, but that’s to be expected during the summer holidays. Overall, a brilliant stay and we’d happily go back

We had a lovely holiday the food was excellent and the hotels in a fabulous location only 10 minute taxi ride the old town . However The staff are very slow at servicing drinks and the hotel is really a family hotel and if young couples are considering this i would advise the sister hotel next door. Overall very nice hotel and well decorated and really good facilities.

Lovely hotel, swim up pool, spa, right on the beach & staff. Only negative was the pool was very cold (it was April though!) & it’s a bit tricky with food allergies as the buffet doesn’t list allergies, you have to get a chef to walk you round

Great hotel, don’t really need to leave the resort only to see old town Rhodes. 100% recommend a swim up pool at the room, main pool is chaotic people reserving chairs from 8am and not issuing them u til noon or after if even at all. But staff and everything else was brilliant. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel and facilities but poor service - long queues, no pool service, room cleaning was late in the day (was often between 4-5pm), the corridors to the rooms were dark and damp smelling - lacked 5 star service imo. Very family friendly which it is advertised as and so many amazing facilities for children but definitely very busy due to the size of the hotel - would’ve preferred adult only in this instance
