This hotel was great. Had a very comfortable large room with a balcony & hot tub. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with morning coffee. Pools were nice but it rained the 2 full days we were there so i never got in pool Everyone was very nice & spoke english. The bed was comfortable & housekeeping did a great job

A lovely resort in Ixia

A very nice family friendly hotel. Communal areas are clean and well maintained, and a pleasant atmosphere without being loud. Generally found the food to be of a very good standard with nice variety throughout our stay.

Staf is very cooperative and nice. The room was spacious and clean. Sea view stunning! However dont take the all inclusive option because the food was not tasty! Better to eat outside. Location is excellent. Many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. If you need a car you can hire from the hotel! Cars are new and comfi and even cheaper than outside.

Very recommend, on this side of the island

Very good hotel, good location, good breakfast, but needs a small renovation, especially rooms and elevators. Windy side of the island, pool water cold until afternoon, beach is noce but high waves and impossible to get in the water.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. I highly recommend booking a Junior Suite (or better) or any room with a view—it’s well worth the small additional cost. The standard mountain view room felt a bit dark and somewhat gloomy, though it’s perfectly fine if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, which we truly appreciated—thank you to the management for the generous gesture. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The all-inclusive package is decent for the price. While it’s not luxurious, it covers all the essentials and provides good value overall.

advertised as 5 star all inclusive but you have to pay for certain restaurants, toiletries are not included food is meh and amenities are not good apart from fee board games theres literally nothing else included. Gym is small and not enough equipment for a 5 star hotel. Food is literally almost the same every day. Fridge isnt refilled and there is no snack bar. Typical overhyped European 5 star hotel which is a fake all inclusive. You can only use certain restuarants if you stay for 7 nights

I’m of but we’ll maintained hotel. Clean and pretty. A private beach was a nice addition. Only complaint is that there was a leak from the ceiling of my bathroom and I had to change rooms at 10 pm but not a single apology was offered.

Pool doesn’t open until 10am and closes at 6pm so makes it pretty difficult to use the pool if you are planning any day excursions. Receptionist and dinning staff were very nice but the 2 bartenders at the pool bar where hating life and quite rude.

The property is located in a good location and is nice and clean. I did not like that the hotel beach does not offer any food or drinks like most other beaches in Rhodes. Also I found it a little annoying that all the entertaiments in the hotel cost additional money (pool table, game room, mini golf etc). The hotel staff were very nice and most were super friendly and curtious. The pool closed a little early (6pm) which was not pleasant because the sunset was at 8pm and it would have been pleasant to say in the pool as the day cooled a bit in the evening. Overall it was very child friendly and family orianted hotel with rooms that have super nice ocean and sunset views.

Rhodes in Oct

This is a lovely hotel but I’m not a fan of all inclusive stays. We had to move on day one from another 5* hotel to this hotel and thank god there was availability. I know they are popular for some but I think standards drop especially around food and drink if this model is adopted. I know some will disagree The hotel is super clean and the pool is lovely. Restaurants could be mega but the all inclusive model doesn’t allow this unfortunately. We are out ever lunch and evening in Rhodes town. The gym needs a major overhaul and a relocation as it’s one of the most depressing set ups I have ever seen for a 5* hotel. Some of the machines were broken as well and ancient . Mini golf was great but why charge if it’s in the resort property?? €12 as well is toppy Staff and people were great and that was the case all over the island. Oct is a great time to go as the temperature is lovely and the island is not busy at all. Taxis are great

Disappointing Experience for a Supposed 5-Star Htl

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet the expectations we had for a five-star hotel. While there were a few positives, the overall experience left much to be desired. Cons: -The overall standard of the hotel did not match the level of a five-star rating. -The bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was broken springs were visibly sticking out and the cushions wouldn't stay in place. -There was a strange and unpleasant smell in the room every time we entered. -The surfaces in the room were worn and in need of renovation. -At the pool bar, it was unclear what food was available and at what time, unless dining at the buffet. We were asked to move seats after being seated, though we could have been directed correctly from the start. -Access to the beach required crossing a busy road, which was inconvenient. -No food or drink service was available at the beach. -Staff at the pool bar/restaurant did not greet guests and we had to approach them ourselves to ask for the menu. -The staff also came across as rude and irritated by our presence, which made us feel unwelcome. -During the breakfast buffet, I asked one of the servers for more milk and she visibly showed frustration and annoyance, which was both surprising and disappointing. Pros: -Two different breakfast options were available (standard buffet and an adults-only breakfast). -Slippers and bathrobes were provided in the room. -A friendly gentleman was working at the beach taking care of sunbeds, which stood out
