"Breakfast was excellent! Rooms can be cleaner. Everything is expensive as hell with little value. For example, I paid $20 for a bottle of water and pizza that didn’t taste good. Smh"

"I was a member in the club and was able to smoke a cigar outside on the terrace. I enjoyed the young lady Emily, who was able to be extremely nice and hospitable. Also Celine a new trainee at the front desk, spoke great English and was able to recommend locations around town"

"Our room was hot and smelled old and of mold. The air conditioner would work and stop working. Lizards were in the room and we had to kill them. All within the first 2 hours. We found another hotel to check into. The hotel did refund us for our stay."

"The staff was great and very helpful. The food was really good and reasonably priced with good variety! My only complaints are there wasn’t a smart tv in the room so unless you have miracast (iPhones don’t) you were left to the hotel tv. Also, my room was facing the street and could hear sirens all night. My room was also near an exit door that staff used and it slammed pretty loudly. I am sensitive to noise so this may not bother someone else. I liked that it was connected to the mall with a connection to the bts. Other than that the location felt a bit off. I really liked the hotel so if you don’t mind those things it will do wonders for you! The bed was also really comfy. "

"Excellent place to stay, fantastic staff and good facilities. Gym is well equipped and the social club is a great place to work (I was travelling for business but I’d say it’s a good place for holiday travel too)."
