"We had a lovely 3-night stay for my husbands birthday. We were unhappy with our assigned room (required two separate elevators and was very dark with small windows) and they graciously accommodated a room change and a complementary split of champagne! (I had mentioned my husband’s birthday.). Service was excellent throughout the weekend and our room was lovely. Merci!"

"Nous avons tout aimé de notre séjour à cet hôtel sauf le déjeuner buffet qui était trop dispendieux pour de la nourriture tiède et trop longtemps réchauffée. De plus, l'eau de la piscine était plutôt froide et les jets dans le spa ne fonctionnaient pas. Cependant, nous n'hésiterions pas à y retourner et recommandons quand même cet hôtel sans hésitation."

Piscine et installation super, parfait pour un petit voyage en famille! Tous les employés croisés avaient le sourire et c'était très agréable!"

"I thought this hotel was great. The people were nice and friendly. The only thing I would change is that I wish they gave more for breakfast for two people. Other than that, I had an amazing stay. "

"We’ve stayed there, maybe 12 times so far, so we like it, however this time the first room we were allocated was unfit. Someone must have dropped a bottle of perfume in the room and the odor was simply overpowering and unhealthy. How they could not have realized this and corrected the situation is hard to understand. Fortunately they were able to move us to an upgraded room, but this should have not been required. They need to get it right the first time."
