"Charming hotel with great customer services. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was good for breakfast and dinner nice cafe area too. Outdoor area nice as well but it was too cold at the time to enjoy it. Hotel was clean. All I can suggest is more pillows. Thank you!"

"Amazing! Only negatives were the pool hours were short and that they charge for pool towels. Everything else was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a good variety. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was helpful and kind. Absolutely recommend to anyone but especially Americans visiting Italy for the first time. The free spa was a huge perk. "

"The breakfast room is so pretty, and the breakfast is truly excellent. The staff were friendly and professional and welcomed our little dogs. It was quiet even though it is right in the center of everything. The bed was very comfortable and all the linens were of excellent quality, i would definitely stay here again,"

"What a beautiful hotel!! Spacious room, updated nice bathroom, and gorgeous views and property. Very friendly staff, too. Breakfast is awesome and they had plenty GF options too. They also have a shuttle to take you up and down the hill to the main part of town, which was very helpful and meant we didn’t have to pay for taxis hardly at all. Overall an amazing place! "
