"The staff at this place went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I wanted to give my kids an old fashioned bed & breakfast experience, and this place didn’t disappoint. Paddington Station very close, lots of food choices nearby. We even discovered St. Mary’s Hospital there, where penicillin was discovered. (There was a small museum there about it too). Only downside was there was only one electrical outlet we could find in the room, and no mirror near it, so drying my hair was a bit...

"Room was clean however the room was very cramped. Hallways were not clean and the furniture in the lobby as well. Air conditioning was good. Pricey for the size of the room and amenities"

"My room was thoroughly cleaned each day. Additionally clean towels and sheets were provided daily. The room was dark with old window drapes and furnishings. While the room was minimally acceptable, the fact it was located in a separate building a city block away from the the main hotel made me uncomfortable from a security standpoint. Additionally, as a senior I struggled having to climb two very steep and narrow staircases to reach my room."

"Good hotel"

"Room was clean as was the bathroom. No heating and no tea/coffee making facilities."
