"The environment was great however cleanliness for the room was not up to the standards. There’s obvious stains in the toilet bowl. The noise level was extremely high as well. Just a feedback to the management, the parking lot infront of our room was always occupied, I think priority should always be for the occupants instead of outsider who come to the cafe."

"I wouldn't say it was that bad it's just that the hotel had water supply issue on my second day of my stay which means I didn't have water supply for my bathroom since morning.The tv channels were so bad that I didn't switched it on. The telephone was outside the room which was a first for me. Overall it was alright "

"I was looking for a clean, reasonably-priced and comfortable place for my family so I was glad I picked HS Farmstay for my June vacation this time. Though meals were not provided during this staycation, the Admin Manager, Mr Lee and his wife, Ah Lin exceeded our expectations by volunteering to drive us out to town to have our meals and do shopping on 2 afternoons and 2 nights. "Never go back again. When I booked via your website showing on the near the city Centre only 1.4mile but wasn’t too close. We need to drive over 30 minutes to there and not to the property that was the reception of the check in. And also we have to wait someone to guide me to the property. So the location of the property and the distance showing on the Apps. It is totally wrong. Misleading customer. We’ve been the property which wasn’t ready to let the people stay that we had to wait to change...
