We stayed here for 4 days, and they refused at first to do the room service, as they do it only every third day. I had to have some clear german conversation with them and then it worked. "Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Did not have the water view so that would have been nice when you have a junior suite. Staff was generally very nice & helpful, although a front desk person gave a key to my room for another guest at check in. Indicated they would f/u with the manager, but I never heard what happened - dangerous situation if your wallet, credit cards, etc are in the room & you are not. The people upstairs (from us) were definitely stomping around a lot at night, so it's not super sound proofed. My kids and I LOVED the pool and hot tub area. "Zunächst dachte ich, der Preis ist ein Sommerangebor, doch dann kam die Realität. Das Hotel entspricht keinen europäischen Standard. Die Bilder der Lobby sind modern, der Rest ist veraltet. Höchstwahrscheinlich wurden die Zimmer in 40 Jahren nicht renoviert. Wir hatten selbst in Indien und Nepal besseren sauberen Standard. Große Handtücher gibt es auch nicht immer genügend. Allerdings waren die Betten und die Freundlichkeit gut. Wer günstig will - ist aber hier richtig"

The only bad thing was some of the guest staying there looked to be long time guests and were not very courteous to people trying to sleep. Lots of loud visiting outside my door late at night. It's a shame as it would have been a perfect stay."
