"This place has seen some upgrades in the bathroom, which was done with poor craftsnanship. We stayed here for 4 days, and they refused at first to do the room service, as they do it only every third day. I had to have some clear german conversation with them and then it worked. "Zunächst dachte ich, der Preis ist ein Sommerangebor, doch dann kam die Realität. Das Hotel entspricht keinen europäischen Standard. Die Bilder der Lobby sind modern, der Rest ist veraltet. Höchstwahrscheinlich wurden die Zimmer in 40 Jahren nicht renoviert. Wir hatten selbst in Indien und Nepal besseren sauberen Standard. Große Handtücher gibt es auch nicht immer genügend. Allerdings waren die Betten und die Freundlichkeit gut. Wer günstig will - ist aber hier richtig"

"The room was great, the beds were comfy and so were the pillows. The sheets were so soft! The people upstairs (from us) were definitely stomping around a lot at night, so it's not super sound proofed. My kids and I LOVED the pool and hot tub area. "The staff was not understanding at all when we went to go check in and found a drug flap at our door. The screen have out and bugs and hair in the bed granted they were just a couple ants, but the hair under the pillow was not appreciated. We left the room after an hour and decided not to stay there and had to book somewhere else.
