Unfortunately, the room was near the elevator & a girl’s hockey tournament was on the same floor as us, they were loud waiting for the elevator. There was a big event at the hotel and the front desk had NO towels at all, the restaurant was closed, the gym had no water, the coffee maker in the lobby didn’t have hot chocolate or tea for kids, and there was NO parking at all. The room was clean and quiet, but it was a very average stay
