We arrived earlier than check in time and the front desk person quickly made arrangements for a room to be made ready for us to check in. We asked for a quite area and were politely accommodated. Staff is friendly and available when needed.

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are in dire need of updating and it had a weird smell when we came back from a walk. Like wet dog. The continental breakfast was so basic it’s the least amount of effort they could have put in.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a cereal and toast style breakfast, pretty basic. Carpets were stained and fixtures old. AC/heater was noisy and should have had the fins cleaned. Outside Windows could’ve used a good cleaning. Definitely needs some upgrades and freshening up. Beds were okay. Walls seemed thin, you could hear the neighbours talking. But it was cheaper than others so you really do get what you pay for. I couldn’t recommend it to my friends.

You got what’s your money’s worth, not very clean, smells damp, lots of stains on carpet. Breakfast neh!!!! Not even a. Boiled egg, just plain white bread that you can toast. The worst I had stayed so far.

Staff was very accomodating, they helped us get a room on the main floor making it easier on my elderly parent who has trouble with stairs. Beds were comfortable and clean, Looks like they have updated the bathrooms and some amenities. The only complaint I have is the breakfast was sparce with not a lot of choices. No hot food, no fruit, only toast and 2 kinds of cereal available. If you are celiac you only had yogurt that you could eat. I did choose this hotel because it offered breakfast so I was disappointed with the choices.
