"I didn’t like the meager dining options I didn’t like that my suite didn’t offer a robe, slippers or an umbrella ( which I needed badly because of the weather) One of The televisions in the room was too complicated for me. In the end I just didn’t bother trying to figure it out. Maybe it was defective but I relied on the other one which was ok."

"The staff was very pleasant to our entire group of 21. Excellent location. Breakfast options could be a little wider but overall it was yummy every morning. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Kerry-Ann was our fantastic server for breakfast all week and on the beach as well. We are a jovial bunch and her personality fit right in. Tony "Montana" made sure we had what we needed and kept the vendors away unless we asked him to get someone selling a certain item for us."

"Rooms are extremely basic with bright white bare lightbulbs. There’s not even a phone in the room! The bed did not have a blanket or throw - only one sheet. Walls are plain white . Tv had many channels but was so old and high up and it sounded absolutely terrible. Water pressure was good and there was hot water. Food was mediocre. I would have swam in the pool at night but every time I walked by it looked murky and had a lot of stuff floating on the surface. The staff was nice and...

"Great location and wonderful staff. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for basic, no frills, no pool, no all inclusive place to stay right on Seven Mile Beach. The restaurant/bar has the best happy hour in all of Negril. Very friendly staff and rooms are well maintained, although a little dated. This isn't the Ritz, but it is welcoming and it is perfect for Negril. One Love."
