"The carpet had stains, the shower screen had mould and dust on lampshade and creased net curtains. All very minor but if fixed it would be a definite fix star. The amenities and facilities themselves are fantastic. "

"The perfect stay the night before a flight from BHX, although its super close too to NEC and resorts world. Rooms are clean and if you ask they can try to get you room with a runway view. Fully reccomend if you want to take the stress out of flying as you can wake up, cross the rosd and you are in the temrinal. Staff are pleasant and their are good options for both the bar menu and room servicwe."

"The building is like a maze, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. There was both heating and air conditioning as well as a window which could be opened. Breakfast on the Saturday was terrible, I was so disappointed and had to go elsewhere to eat. But the Sunday it was lovely so perhaps they were having an off day although it does make it expensive to have to pay again for breakfast. 100% recommend the breakfast on Sunday and the staff both days were really nice. I had lunch with my friend in the bar Saturday afternoon. She said her pasta was really good, my steak & chips were not great, I have had better at weatherspoons for 1/3 of the price. I was really surprised that I had to pay an additional £10 to use the pool, sauna and steam, I chose the hotel and spent more because it had those facilities, a bit of a con really, I have never had anything like this before. They had lots of parking spaces and the hotel was near the centre of town. Overall I was happy with the hotel, I felt safe and secure - something that is important to me."

"Room needed a little attention to walls...mattresses a little too firm otherwise fine for 1 nights stay."

"We didn't need parking as we walked to and from the airport, and we didn't have breakfast. The dining room was good as we didn't want to stay in the room any longer than we need to as it is tiny. It served it's purpose as we needed somewhere to stay for the night. The first room they assigned us was not possible for me to stay in as there was a terrible bathroom odor lingering."

"Nightmare trying to sort out any admin with them. Can't provide invoice, only hotel I have stayed at in last 3 years that can't. Don't use for business travel until they can sort it out."
