"Stayed at Mollies Motel for 1 night. Check in was easy and quick the staff were very friendly. On entry to our room it was quickly noted the attention to detail and the cleanliness was outstanding. The bed was possibly one of the best nights sleep i had. The added convenience of hairdryer and straightners was very appreciated. Shower was amazing with lovely complimentary toiletries. "I really want to give this hotel 5 stars as the property, the staff and the restaurant were amazing. However, the mattress was horrible, the actual mattress was super hard and the comforter and sheets didn’t fit the mattress properly and we’re super uncomfortable. "

"The staff at the Royal were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel itself is in a wonderful position overlooking the Wye Valley. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. We had a room in the newer building with fabulous views. There is no lift at the hotel. The rooms with easiest access have several steps. The shower is over the bath.. Not wholly suited to thise with mobility issues. "
