The property is located down a clean and well-lit alley, but the street in front of the alley was under construction - but that might be what should be expected in the old town section of a city such as Chiang Mai. "The hotel and staff were amazing. The pool was nice but the chairs at the pool were old and worn. Beds are very firm along with pillows. Breakfast was good with decent selection. The noise with the toads on the property was crazy loud so earplugs would be needed if you need quiet to fall asleep. "
