Really clean and comfortable room and very friendly staff at the desk! The hotel is also close to various dining options and cafes. A good value for money hotel in Chiang Mai which I recommend!
I’m impressed over the interiour of this hotel. Modern and still with some respect for the building. Very nice for a stay in the old town. Staff were very friendly and helpfull.
It was a nice quiet stay with I believe moderate to low occupancy during our stay. It was quiet to sleep which is most important and was a short BOLT ride into the old city attractions. Could be walked in under 10 minutes. A good value for the price and I would book a room again...
Large comfortable rooms. Good location. Held pur baggage while we went on a side trip to Pai!. Printed out our international visa for free for our next countries. I will return here!
The room is spacious and super clean. The bathroom was great, clean, hot water was not a problem.
I stayed there for almost 2 weeks. So I did enjoyed it.
Big, comfortable rooms.! It’s about a 15mins walk from the center of the “action” in old town. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing! Helped us with taxis, laundry, etc.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room and bathroom were large, clean and very nice. Nice shower with plenty hot water. The exterior and lobby looked run down. Exterior locks nothing like the picture.
No kitchen, but there is a fridge. Very reasonable price in old town. Don’t let the amazingly tacky lobby fool you. You might be embarrassed at the start when you bring guests, but the rooms are excellent.
They were very accommodating with late check in. Nice big room on the 4th floor. Not much of a view on our side of hotel. Great shower big TV(if you use it). Cool Bar/Coffee shop(M.A.R.S. Cafe) not open on wed. No food in AM prior to 8:30 am that is close. Far enough away from markets to make it quiet. $8 cab ride to get were you want to be.
Good location, professional staff, very helpful booking tours, getting taxi’s. Room very large, nice balcony. Would recommend and if return to Chiang Mai, will stay here again.
We have never experienced such poor service. No solution was provided regarding the room: we were given a room for 3 people despite having paid for 4 adults. The service was terrible and the overall experience was very disappointing. We do not recommend this property.
Very spacious and within walking distance of many temples and other points of interest. My only complain was that the water never quite got up to temperature so showers were a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.
