"Excellent property which has all the amenities, contributing to an outstanding stay. Good communication throughout the booking process, on-going, up to departure. Very clean. Attention to detail throughout the property allowed for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay in this most gorgeous of villages, Port Charlotte. "The blonde haired girl that worked the reception was very friendly and helpful. Was given a handicap room but we did not book one so the sink was shallow and very low. For 2 days our toilet did not flush so we had to use the toilet by the golf shop—very inconvenient. The front desk said they would move us to another room after someone checked out.
