this is a very nice family type run hotel, very good located with amaizingly green surrounding. If you want feel like living in typical China neighbour hood other than huge hotels then book here. The hotel is certainly more modest style but very worthwhile for the price. Restaurants are close by, we felt safe to stay there. We enjoyed our stay.

老板非常细致地做了解释，也很耐心的帮父母做了两天的旅行推荐。地理位置非常有优势，喜欢徒步的，步行距离即可到达最近的西湖景区，民宿周围的景色也宜人。 美中不足的是，虽然提前了三周定的两晚，可能因为旅游旺季的缘故，到了以后只剩一间阁楼的房间，所以个子高的老爸觉得有些拥挤。

好處：近公交站，網紅美食都在附近。 不滿意的地方：洗手間的門沒有門柄，所以不能關門，巴士尾班車時間亂告訴人，讓人很難排活動，2張單人床的房間，有一張是用椅子變成床，只放一棉被當床墊，還是很硬，不舒服，還有隔音超差，完全睡不到。

有公交出入民宿，但晚上7:30就尾班公交車，趕不上就要自己叫車了。要是沒有叫車的APP在街上截車大多都不願意載入景區，這一點會不太方便。另外，我住的桃李在頂樓，小小的房間，廁所和沐浴一起，洗澡後廁所就全濕透了，要是提供掃水漬的工具或者拖把會更好。連住了兩晚，沐浴用品只給了一套不夠用，再問的時候，感覺不太願意給。服務雖然一般，但是房間還是挺別緻的。早餐還好，不要太高期望。整體還算滿意，但不要期望有青旅的熱情和好客。

A very committed host, she even picked up my phone call at 11:00 pm as I was midway through to the hostel and couldn’t find no way to get there. The breakfast is alright. If you are having other favourable brekkie spots you could skip the meal the hostel provides to be honest. Anyway the room is again clean and tidy. Everything is just so well organized.

有點失望的住宿之旅

這次住了四天，以下是我覺得不錯的地方： 1.服務人員很親切 2.走出去轉角就有公交車可以搭，附近也有一些餐館 3.早上九點前有免費早餐可以吃 有些地方可以再改進： 1. 廁所味道非常重，即使工作人員在我們出去時有幫我們開窗通風，回來味道還是在 2. 浴室拉門很卡，洗澡要兩個人一起堆才能關門 3. 打掃不太乾淨，出去玩回來，掀開被子就看見我的好幾根落髮還在床上 4. 我們住的那間收不到中港卡的訊號，只能用內部的wifi，沒辦法翻牆回台灣，查資料有點麻煩

Lovely room, beautiful touristic area, good wifi

The hotel is by a bus stop and was within walking distance of the hotel where my meetings were, so it was convenient. There are only about 8 rooms in the hotel. The room was spacious, with a good sized terrace and a sofa and reading area. I could work on the terrace, but there was no desk in the room itself. Excellent wifi (for China) but no closet space (just 4 few pegs on the wall). There is someone at the desk only starting at 8 am, so beware if you need to check out earlier, do so the night before. Staff, as usual in China did not speak English - best to communicate with clearly printed notes. They have good translation software, but I sometimes had problems with it when interpreting spoken English. Would go back to this beautiful, touristic area and the hotel for a holiday with no hesitation, for work... maybe depending upon the circumstances

felt very unsafe, left straight away

please beware of this place!!! I DID NOT end up staying here even AFTER PAYING the full price. I booked this place based on the reviews I saw on Baidu, on which this place received a rating of 8.7/10, when I arrived on the day, the actual place looks nothing like that on the pictures. The room I was given had black mouldy patches all over the wall, the supposed white beddings even had a tinge of yellow. As a solo female traveler, I was extremely concerned by the security of the hotel rooms, I was given a room on the first floor, there is an attached courtyard , the door from the room to the courtyard cannot be locked, the fences are way too low to serve for security purposes, anyone can climb in easily. Please beware that this place is located in the midst of a rural wholesale market, with cargos coming in and out and vegetable scraps everywhere. Provided that the surrounding area appears to be a rather complex and not the safest environment. I was very scared and LEFT straight away and jumped on the last train home, even after paying the full price of my room. I hope my experience can help my fellow travelers to be more aware when making a decision.

Absolutely charming and perfectly located for all that we wanted to do in Hangzhou. The hotel is situated around the corner (read:quiet) from a charming lane filled with shops and restaurants-this is not a western tourist type of spot, so make sure you have a translating app if you don’t speak Chinese-this was a plus for us. We found the locals to be very welcoming and warm. The front desk staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with arrangements and other things that our poor command of the Chinese language hindered. Just a lovely experience all around. I only gave 4stars for the comfort level because one of the beds in our 2-bed room was a thin mat (on a platform bed) -our spoiled western bodies were not comfortable all night - the other bed was fine.
