"Did a 1 night stay here for work purposes staying in a junior suite, from arrival to departure everything was brilliant. Staff on check in, bar staff & staff on check out all nice, polite & helpful. Room was really spacious & most of all comfortable. Would have absolutely no problems staying here again."

"A cosy bright hotel. Room was large, clean and had plenty of coffee, tea drinking chocolate and a selection of biscuits ( it's the little touches that make the difference).Staff were friendly helpful and attentive. There was a good selection of food both at evening meal and breckfast."

"The room was good. It didn't bother us, but the tv was hilariously small. The only complaint, would be the shower. The curtain was too close to the wall. It was difficult to shower without having the curtain stick to your arm or body."

"A lovely hotel, super comfy bed and great staff. I couldn't have asked for a better location. I parked off site for just £10 and just a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful, in particular the young lady at reception upon my arrival and also the the helpful waitress. I loved the ambience of the restaurant it was dimly lit and felt quite an intimate setting that would be even better with a loved one or on a romantic date and the quality of the food was impressive. "Although the hotel was undergoing some revamp it was still OK. I felt very welcome and was offered assistance but didn't feel I needed it. The bar and temporary reception area was well lit, spacious and pleasant. The staff were excellent. The room was satisfactory, but a little disappointed that the bathroom only had a bath, with a shower over it, rather than having a separate shower cubicle. The trek to the pool was a concern. Travel to Floor 1, and then down quite a few stairs and then up...
