Liked the idea of the executive lounge - needs more staff especially following a very busy Friday night. Housekeeping was really poor. We did not get into our room until 4.45pm and we still needed to ask them to clean the surfaces again. £394 for one night in a an executive king room with balcony. You would expect luxury. Not run down and dirty. I have had a better room in a travel lodge that cost an eighth of the price! The hotel management need to closely monitor standards - not good enough.

Took my 3 grandchildren away for a special treat. Disappointed to be woken up in the early hours due to a party in the room above us.
