"I stayed overnight at CrossBasket Castle with my boyfriend as he received a generous voucher for the Michel Roux Jr tasting menu. The hotel and staff are absolutely brilliant and extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. The food is exquisite and it’s possibly one of the finest cheese boards we have ever had. Look forward to retuning one day."

"Did a 1 night stay here for work purposes staying in a junior suite, from arrival to departure everything was brilliant. Staff on check in, bar staff & staff on check out all nice, polite & helpful. Room was really spacious & most of all comfortable. Would have absolutely no problems staying here again."

"Great for food in the evening because you are close to local shops and cafes/ restaurants also subway stop. Windows don’t open. So much dust on radiators and sink dirty. Bad smell in room. Parking is based on first come based only. Reception man upon arrival was fantastic extremely nice and helpful. Night lady with short light hair on reception was very rude and snappy. Terrance used for smokers - most often harsh substances that you can really smell. "
