"Absolutely beautiful hotel, we were blown away. One minor issue, we had requested later checkout which we were told there was a fee for - that’s fine so we agreed. Then when my husband checked us out, the gentleman said we wouldn’t be charged for the late checkout - we were delighted! Upon arriving home, we actually were charged. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit put off by it. "

"Very nice rooms, great customer service. Our 2 rooms were not next door but at least it was on the same floor. The breakfast wasn't worth the price, the only best thing I ate there was the Pho Hanoi. Broth was hot and delicious. Meat tender and flavorful. Rooms were big, nice, clean. Wi-Fi was good. Had a great experience, would stay here again."
