Very nice rooms, great customer service. Our 2 rooms were not next door but at least it was on the same floor. The breakfast wasn't worth the price, the only best thing I ate there was the Pho Hanoi. Nice Staff, Great Location, and Enormous Room.

I enjoyed the large room, although the carpets were worn out. The room next to me had wood floors so you must be in the process of replacing the carpet. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly, Ms. Anh at breakfast was delightful, as were others like Thuy. The location of the hotel was excellent, it was easy to walk to Ho Khiem Lake and other attractions very easily. I would stay again.
