"This is a little gem in Hanoi. It is tucked inside an alley but don't let that get in the way of thinking that any standards were compromised. The location is superb - about 15 min to Old Quarter and there is great shopping nearby. It is also close to a few major embassies, so it is safe and walkable, even late at night. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet at night. The hosts are wonderful and will go out of their way to help you. Amazing value for money!!!"

"Came to property, took several tries before we could contact the host and they said they cancelled our reservation. They never let us or Expedia knows about it. We had a family with 3 kids and needing to find rooms at the last minute like this was unacceptable."

Night before they mention we're booked in for floor 37 and then this changed on the day due to room we booked 3 bedroom apartment vs 2 whilst this wasnt communicated anywhere. "Flat in a condo next to a busy highway. The kitchen was functional but there were no utensils (no forks, just one saucepan). All interactions are done by WhatApp. The building is quite nice but a bit outside of the town center. Expect using Grab."

"Nice location close to airport. Grocery store on level B1. Would have been higher rating, but the air conditioner was not sufficient to cool the room to a comfortable temperature. There should be instructions on how to increase the hot water temperature from the preset 40C."

"The staffs are very Nice, the breakfast service is good. The system of hotels in Asia are almost the same everywhere I go, the power is turn off when a guest checked out, therefore the rooms smell musty and uncomfortable. You have to wait a few minutes for the air conditioner to kick in and cool off the room. Some of the room has no separate door between the toilet and the shower ."

"The service team are friendly and responsive. Location is great. The property is gated and secure. Overall, Haven Lofts is a fantastic choice for accommodation at a great price. It needs some usual repair/maintenance BUT it didn't affect our experience in any negative way. Thank you to the team. We loved our holiday in Ho Chi Minh. "
