"Amazing place. My Dad had a good time. It was a nice stay as it was a treat for the easter season. The staff were accomadating due to late check in and kindly agreed for Dad to check out late and have lunch the next day which was a nice gesture. Will recommend the lodge. Worth a visit for singles, couples or families."

"Property refused to honor my Expedia reservation. As a result, my infant, wife and I had to find alternate accommodation at the last minute. Very stressful. Absolutely do not recommend this property. Avoid at all costs. "

"The stay was pleasant as the staff were very warm and friendly. The lodge is fairly plain and not meant for extended stays in my opinion as there is not much more than rooms and the restaurant. (yes there is a pool.) The buildings are modern but without any architectural flair or artistic creativity. It is a good location in the park and easy to drive to any location for wildlife viewing. "

"The staff was amazing and the facilities were all that one would need. Very good value. Great park for a day of game driving. Saw lions and rhinos and more. Spent another day just relaxing, reading by the pool, and staring at an unbelievable view. We miss it already and it’s just been a day. "

"What a great place! A lot of historic charm and wildlife on the grounds - the staff were amazingly kind and gracious. Reception team was warm and welcoming. Excellent hot showers. In passing conversation, my husband mentioned that the Lake Naivasha Country club was where he proposed to me 25 years ago. "Recently stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon trip to Kenya. After a week on safari the amenities were much appreciated, and from our experience, this hotel is one of the most luxurious in the country. WiFi in common areas was fine, room views of watering hole were amazing. Staff was extremely friendly. Lots of animals everyday at the watering hole, there are many openings to the outdoors so plan on bringing warm clothes even when hanging out inside. The beds could afford to be a bit more...

"The staff was super helpful. They got taxis for me, did my laundry, polished my shoes, reminded me of the breakfast hours. The hotel was incredibly clean as was my room. The food was delicious. I could not have been more pleased."
