The room was good and clean and the staff very courteous. My only gripe is with the food which was ordinary at best. My past experience at Sarova Lion Hill was very different with the food being great but I was very disappointed this time.

Virginia at reception was amazing! Beautiful property. Just be aware the property is INSIDE the park. So you will have to pay the park fee ($60 per person and $15 for vehicle) to get to the property, so plan accordingly.

The friendliness & helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness, the facilities, everything was almost beyond our expectations. Chalets were on a hill and at 70 we found it tiring to walk up to ours after our meals, but had we a lower one, we wouldn't have had the wonderful view.

Property was beautiful and staff were great. There was a lot of noise from staff and guests outside our room. Almost felt like there was no privacy. The buffet at the lodge was not upto 4 star standards. Food tasted bland and old.

Staff was very nice and friendly, but facility was very inconvenient and run down. Everything was very ld and the bathrooms were poorly appointed. The shower was terrible. the food was good, but restaurant was very crowded and noisy. it as very hard to relax, the ambience was poor. Inspite of the congenital staff, I would not return.

Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op Lake Nakuru met veel vogels rond de parkachtige setting rondom het restaurant en de verblijven. Heerlijk eten (buffet met diverse vers gemaakte gerechten) en prachtige huisjes met terrasje. Vanaf Lion Hill rij je zo het park in waar heel veel wild en vogels te zien zijn bij game drives. Hele aardige en professionele mensen die daar werken. Echt super gehad!
