"Booked at Beach Front but moved to Shoreline next door. Properties in area appeared either closed for winter or had long term residents. Propery was clean and tidy on entry but appeared a little tired"

"Good location,room was nice and clean. Staff needs more training, system needs to be improved. have to show the confirmation email to 2 staff members to confirm and double confirm we have free breakfast included in our booking. Luckily they found us on the list. And Unfortunately When we do the check out, the receptionist wants to charge us again for the breakfast so we have to find the email again to triple confirm it with her."

"It was good but the shower leaked amd made big puddles on the bathrom floor that were hard to see and had to be mopped up with a towel. I almost slipped in one of these."

"Fabulous location and great for families. Spacious rooms and seperate lounge full kitchen and Cooking facilities a huge plus but also well located to lots of different eating options. Definitely be staying here again!"

"Excellent hotel in a great location in Tauranga. Not much to do in Tauranga but if you find yourself there, then this hotel is a gem - excellent quality and condition and really good value for money. Would definitely stay here again. "
