"If you like an old fashioned cottage then this is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are small but beautifully decorated. The owner is both friendly and helpful. We loved it."

"Excellent stay again - have been multiple times now and all accommodation options have been great. Check in was a little slow this time and again - really need to advise it is 3pm check in as multiple people were trying to check in from 2pm given this is what it advises however is 3pm by the park conditions."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was immaculately clean. We enjoyed a hot tub one afternoon and recommend it. Such a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Kids enjoyed the chess and jumping pillow. I think the toilets and showers could be checked on more frequently as by 9am they weren't great.."

"We just stayed one night and chose because of location. The park is lovely with lots of open space. Checkin was easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable enough and the small kitchenette was helpful. It was very easy to get to the glow worm caves and tour, just minutes up the road. We could’ve walked if it had not been raining. Internet was a bit spotty but we could get done what we needed to. "

"Reception was great, Mari was super kind and helpful and got us set right away. The unit itself was big and well appointed. Kitchenette had everything we needed, including salt & pepper! Easy walk to town and we had one of our best dinners at The Smoking Barrel in town. We used this as our base to hike in Abel Tasman and it was the right choice. We could hear some noise from the unit beside us, but nothing that really bothered us. "
