"The room is nice and complete with everything you need, good facilities, top-notch customer service, great comfort, also good on cleanliness. You’ll get every good thing you’ve paid for and what else could you ask for. Was a very good stay overall 👍"

"No duvet cover or blanket, pillows half inch thick, pillow slips slide on each other, couldn't lock door to exterio0r car park, no plug in bathroom sink, initially no towel! no over to shower hair trap, beds not remade, or towels replaced each night (stayed 4 days), insect on bathroom floor, people working there say they don't work there? lights inside don't work, or bulbs blown., remote control battery died and no cover to it when batteries replaced. Very smelly rubbish skip in the car park....

"I did not like (1) Small room with congested space (2) Not very clean (3) Bathroom is not very good (4) Less light in the room I liked (1) Best value for money. With this small amount of money the service they provided was awesome (2) Breakfast was superb. I am amazed that they gave us so much (unlimited bread, milk, verities of corn flakes, coffee etc.) with so little money"

"To be honest we were not expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. A good size king bed and room was clean as was the shared toilet although no one seemed to be in the other room. Across the road from train station and bus depots so excellent if you had no hire car. Only thing it didn’t have was a fridge "
