It was quiet and relaxing. The shared kitchen and lounge areas were very spacious and had a nice open feel. However, it takes about 15 minutes to get from the hostel to the airport entrance, so I ended up taking a taxi instead of walking. It’s still closer than the CBD, so I’d recommend it.

All together a pleasant stay. There was a mix up with the bed i was given already taken but that was quickly rectified and i was given another one. Staff were good and helpful. The place was clean. 15min walk to airport departure. Shops and food close by. Good kitchen,dining,lounge area. Decent lockable storage for each pod. Power point and usb charge point in pod.

Good basic airport stay

Great location within 10 minute walk to airport. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store near by. Close to bus stop into Christchurch. Basic, small rooms but clean. Helpful staff.
