"The resort is fantastic with great facilities and the activities staff are amazing. It is an 8 minute drive to the airport and 15 mins to the sity so very easy to get to and from where you need to go and a much nicer environment that staying in the city. There are great food trucks within a 2 minute walk from the hotel that provide good simple food in ample quantities at a great price. The on-site restaurant is very nice but expensive. "We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."

"Lots of construction going on so days were noisy. The elevator didnt work and our room was on the 3rd floor. It wouldve been nice if some compensation was offered. Pool was perfect. Food lacked imagination. When we needed to have a late check out time we were charged so I mentioned the broken elevator and then was offered a smaller fee to pay. "for the price and location - this place is awesome, my only problem was seeing they keep dolphins - for what reason??? let them go ! their pool is small and shallow, they have no place to hide from people; please please let them go - and if for some reasons they cannot be released - please give them more space and do not conduct shows and petting ..."
