"Lots of construction going on so days were noisy. The elevator didnt work and our room was on the 3rd floor. It wouldve been nice if some compensation was offered. Pool was perfect. Food lacked imagination. When we needed to have a late check out time we were charged so I mentioned the broken elevator and then was offered a smaller fee to pay. "The resort is fantastic with great facilities and the activities staff are amazing. It is an 8 minute drive to the airport and 15 mins to the sity so very easy to get to and from where you need to go and a much nicer environment that staying in the city. There are great food trucks within a 2 minute walk from the hotel that provide good simple food in ample quantities at a great price. The on-site restaurant is very nice but expensive. "Somehow we got cabin #1 right next to the water. Simple but comfortable cabin with a small kitchen (sink & fridge). Great cross breeze when opening the front & back doors. There were some small ants that would swarm the kitchen if food was left out. There's a nice restaurant on site and the pizzeria next door is fantastic, it's a must go!"
