"The villa is located in the mountains, about 20 minutes drive to a beach at Agia Pelagia, which is also where we shopped and ate, there being no amenities in the local village. The views from the balcony were stunning - the sea and the mountains. On a clear day you can see many many miles along the mountains to the west. We saw eagles a few times. "This property doesn't offer shampoo or conditioning for the shower. The shower stall isn't too grate, it is very small and water can get everywhere. Also, they do not supply pool towels, but you can rent them from there and you have to pay extra for WIFI...not very good as I thought I was paying for ALL inclusive. The drinks aren't that good either and the A/C only worked once for the 8 day staying. The people that work there is the best thing, but I'd stay there again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were so attentive - always offering to help with advice or services. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice and constant coffee refills . Great way to start the day. The hotel is in an ideal location around 10 mins walk to the old town. Such a nice walk in too. If you’re driving then the hotel is located not far from the main highway road that goes through all of Crete. Really handy!"
