"Close to Airport which is good but air traffic is loud at times. But never woke us up. A rooster near by did around 5:30. The staff go beyond to accommodate us. I travel in a wheelchair and they upgraded us in order for more room to maneuver around. Plus, they were going to purchase a shower chair but able to use a plastic chair in the shower. Recommend to purchase suction grab bars or get permanently installed on shower walls. The use of GRAB app was suggested to us to use by Front Desk. Just...

"Loved this place! Very friendly staff, clean accomodations, laundry service, great security and amazing location. I've been in Chiang Mai for about 2 months and this local is my favorite so far. Close to Maya mall and Nimman area, close to Old town and street food market. And north of Varada you will find a very local scene with some very authentic and extremely affordable food ect. "We loved the “boutique “ looking hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is good but Ooe recommendation is for them to keep breakfast options actually hot or warm. After 30 minutes from start of breakfast many hot meals are cold and they don’t use the candles under the serving pots to keep food worm."
