Good hotel for the cost. Liked the location. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with the water in our room and the staff was great to seek solutions and in the end upgraded our room which was perfect for us and really met our needs.

Good hotel, clean room and bathroom. Quite spacious. A bit of noise early morning when cleaning starts. Towel provided by the pool free of charge. The pool was good, but it is not very big.

Close to everything but down a quiet street. Room clean and comfortable. Room was quiet - never heard other guests, but we saw lots at breakfast. Convenient to pay for good but inexpensive breakfast when we wanted it. Staff very helpful.

Tranquil, comfortable and friendly

The hotel was excellent. My check in was very easy after a long flight and there was two bottles of water in the room so I could fall asleep. The room was good sized and the bed comfortable. The desk and a smaller desk with a stool were nice to have and demonstrates the size of this room. I had the breakfast included and it’s a choice of three items. The best was the boiled rice and chicken soup. Very delicious I also had the eggs and toast which were cooked fresh. Watermelon was served every day. Perhaps the the best part was the service in the restaurant. They all worked hard! The location of the hotel has everything and being at the end of a street it was quiet. I heard maybe one or two planes in the distance and no traffic noise. It was extremely quiet but occasionally a door would slam which was not a problem unless late at night. The room cleaning staff also worked to keep my room clean. I only needed a cleaning twice during my stay but water was always available and can be replenished daily. The internet was fast but the code system does hinder the connection. I had to renter the code a number of times which isn’t a big deal as the speed was impressive. Connection was facilitated by getting a new code. Easy solution. It was raining for most of my stay so I didn’t use the pool. It looked very lovely. The property has such a nice energy to it and I loved the soothing music always playing in the lobby and restaurant. I felt at peace here.
The greenery out back of the hotel which I could hear birds and looked out to watch them often.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, ständig sieht man das Personal irgendetwas putzen, der Pool wurde mindestens einmal am Tag von Blättern befreit und das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sauber und ordentlich gemacht. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und stimmt mit den Bildern überein. Dringend beachten sollte man, dass man kein Klopapier in die Toilette werfen darf. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich. Ich habe einen wichtigen Brief aus Deutschland erwartet und das gesamte Personal wurde automatisch darüber informiert und ein Zettel an der Rezeption hinterlegt, sodass ich direkt den Brief bekomme wenn er da ist. Das Personal spricht gut genug Englisch und man kann sich unterhalten, was in Thailand leider nicht zu oft vorkommt. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und empfehlenswert. Würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und woeder kommen.

Great location, right in between the old town and a mall/market. Nice spacious rooms with wardrobes and fridges and balcony. Nice bed and pillows. Cleaning service every day with fresh water. Nice staff and lovely pool, shame that the pool isn't in the sun all day. Nice gym here too although I have to say we didn't use it once. The hotel needs to do something about mosquitoes here, lots and lots in the halls, and rooms are left open when not used meaning they go and hide in there. We stayed a week and had so many bites just from the room.

Bra hotell til fornuftig pris. Herlig med svømmebasseng og trimrom. Ligger litt utenfor sentrum av gamlebyen, men transport er svært rimelig i Ciang Mai. Til lengre utflukter benyttet vi appen Grab a Taxi, til turer til og fra byen benyttet vi de røde pick-up bilene - fastpris er 30 bath pr person

Overall pretty good stay. Room was big and clean and the AC worked well. The walls are a bit thin so you do hear noise next to you and above you, but apart from this the room was great and a good value for your money.

Great Pool great breakfast.

Very nice welcome by the reception staff in nice bright lobby. Great room where we had been upgraded spacious clean and bright nice bathroom. Walkable to centre of Chiang Mai and restaurants. You'll need a cab to get to station or airport Very very good breakfast and lovely restaurant staff. The pool is a godsend after tramping the hot streets. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Very clean and large room for a reasonable price. Location is a bit of a walk from old city but very close to Nimman area, so it may actually be an advantage - depending on your plans. The breakfast was kinda ok but you have plenty of alternative options around Nimman area.

Positif : grande chambre, nettoyage tout les jours, bouteille d'eau tous les jours, bouilloire, grande salle de bain , la terrasse spacieuse et couverte, la salle de sport, la piscine, le restaurant trés bon et a petit prix, l'acceuile et le personnels Négatif : le manque de fenêtres coté couloir, les personnes qui ne respecte pas le silence lors de leurs arrivées tardive. Si vous voulez être loin des rues annimées et au calme c'est l'hôtel parfait car il est à 20 mmins en transport du coeur de Chiang Mai.
