"The experience is present. The room is spacious and clean, the staff members are friendly, the location is convenient and the price is very lovely. The only disadvantage is a bit noisy which caused by vehicles. I met a friendly cat in the car part twice and miss her a lot. :) I shall definitely come back to the hotel again on the next Chiang Mai trip. :)"

"Good, serviceable property. Feels like it is more geared towards short-stay residents than a true hotel / guesthouse. However, the staff were all very friendly and tried to make the experience comfortable. Potential downside is the location - a more residential neighborhood, ~15 min walk to the Maya Mall, ~25 min walk to Nimman neighborhood."

"I booked two rooms here for five adults and a toddler. The hotel is very vintage and stunning to look at. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool is cool considering how hot it can be in Thailand and we used that everyday. The hotel is in a quiet street but still walking distance to the Maya Mall and restaurants so you have the best of both worlds. Stayed for four days and will stay again next time 😊 "

"We loved the “boutique “ looking hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is good but Ooe recommendation is for them to keep breakfast options actually hot or warm. After 30 minutes from start of breakfast many hot meals are cold and they don’t use the candles under the serving pots to keep food worm."

"Other than being located outside the city center ( 1-2 min drive by scooter or tuk tuk ), Chiang phueak is the next best spot IMO. Safe, shopping, quiet, and clean. Still in the walking streets and markets which line the whole city. This hotel feels upscale, is extremely clean, well run, very affordable, and has beautiful day/night views of the golden shrine of Doi Sethup right off every balcony. Private, gated and manned under building parking with elevator. One of the best."

"This hotel is located inside an apartment complex. The exterior is very new with gym facilities and a pool. It's a gated community with security. The interior is new and well decorated. Everything worked perfectly. Only downside is that there wasn't any internet inside of the rooms. This place would be perfect if it had internet. Even despite this flaw, I'd stay here again."
