"This is the most beautiful Novotel I’ve ever seen. The staff are impeccable. Never did we have to wait for a shuttle, even at 4:00am. Perfect place to stay if you need to overnight at the Bangkok Airport."

"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...

"The staff Was absolutely lovely, always helpful and very kind! This hotel is right in the heart of Siam and the perfect place if you love to shop bc it’s situated by all the mega malls and BTS stations. The breakfast was so delicious as well. We had the best time and will definitely be back!"

"The Bandara Siam suites are very clean and comfortable and have large windows with great views of the city. The staff is very welcoming, kind and patient. The pool and fitness area is very clean and the sauna is relaxing. I’m very pleased with my stay and they handled an issue we had very professionally. Thank you. Plus they provide a complementary tuktuk service which is very convenient. "

"The club is not really worth it it’s a nice hotel but they upcharge for late checkout 2000 baht even if you have the club access I stayed in a skyline suite very expensive and they still upcharge me for a 3 hour late check out .. they do have a pretty nice hotel and great breakfast nice area close to good stuff but just book a regular room the nice ones aren’t much better but cost way more "

"This hotel dates to the 1980s, and hasn't had major renovations since then, which might be a good thing depending on your perspective. I got a great deal, and for the money, it was a real treat. Nice big pool where you can do serious laps. Nicely appointed breakfast. "

"Transit hotel for airport. Swimming pool could have been cleaner - it was intensively used. Some shops and food nearby. Would consider using again but would prefer to use other nearby options that we have used before. In summary, was ok and served it’s purpose."
