Nothing at all to fault, my second stay and it's a hidden gem. The location is superb for transport links, nice quality rooms, great food and very pleasant and helpful staff. The rooftop pool is a welcome respite from heat. Certainly I will stay again. One very minor niggle, there are only two elevators for guests which can lead to long-ish waits at busy times, but that's the only non-positive aspect I can think of.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and within easy reach of shopping areas, public transport, and plenty of food options. It made getting around Bangkok incredibly convenient. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a busy day exploring. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. We were given a complimentary upgrade, which was so nice! One of the highlights was definitely the facilities — the pool was amazing and a perfect place to unwind, and the gym was well-equipped for a great workout. Overall, a really enjoyable stay with excellent amenities and a top-notch location. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was great, very spacious and tidy. Location was good with taxis and tuk tuks close by to get into the City Centre. Pool was very refreshing and with a nice outlook above the traffic. We started staying here from July 2017 until covid. After the borders opened we went to Chiang Mai instead of Bangkok. After about 5 years since our last visit to Evergreen Place UHG we have noticed a decline in service, from the front desk, also the breakfast has declined since now there is no egg station. I found most on offer was cold and unappetising. On our latest trip we went and had street food locally and very cheap. I found most of the time now when we enter and leave the building there is a lack of door staff to assist, especially when trying to handle heavy luggage. The room cleaning staff are as usual awesome and do a great job. All in all we are disappointed with our latest stays. The main thing that keeps us coming back is location, location, location. Looking for similar accommodation in the area in the future.
