"Wonderful location close to multiple subway (JR or Tokyo Metro) options that is just a few stops away from desirable locations near central Tokyo. Peaceful suburban area to one side with various parks and memorials and river-side walking paths, but the other side on JR Ryogoku can be lively with many options for food and other activities. Ultimately was a good mix and perfect convenient location for me. "

"I am going to be as fair as possible with my review, front desk staff was excellent, easy check in, very help full and spoke english, Lobby was clean. Good location, Airport bus shuttle from Narita stops right in front of hotel, the free shuttle to Disney was a big plus. The location was also good, plenty of places to eat, train station is just minutes away and skytree is close by. "Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious."

"This hotel was well-located at Yokohama Harbour. We walked to Cosmo World, the huge Ferris wheel, the air cabins, the tall ship, the Landmark Hotel 69th floor lookout, brickyards,…all the local attractions. And we’re seniors. La veranda restaurant in the hotel serves a great breakfast buffet, with both Japanese and western options. A coin op laundry supplies its own detergent. Got a load done for $3. Dry for a buck. "Clean, has all amenities, yes room is small but they already mention this is a business hotel so it’s meant for solo or couple travellers who are ok with small room. We don’t care as we just go there to sleep but if you have kids then don’t choose this place due to room size. Everything else was perfect. Train station is across so super convenient. "
