The hotel itself was nice and the food for the breakfast buffet is pretty decent. I recommend to get the breakfast buffet option, I’m glad I did. The room was clean and modest. The location is good. I would stay at this hotel again.

Very convenient location— shops, restaurants and subway stations within walking distance. Nice hotel and decent sized room. We still had lots of things to do around the hotel after an entire day in other area of Tokyo, very safe area.

Nice hotel in Asakusa. Clean, quiet with very friendly staff. Our studio room was clean and just what we needed. Has a bidet. Has small refrigerator but no microwave. Nice views from 6th floor elevator area. Location is excellent for shopping as the walkable streets have restaurants, shops, small eateries, and close to many other places to visit. So walkable! I would go back there again.

I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book here again. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The only downside was the laundry area, which could use some improvement.

The location was excellent -- so close to shopping, restaurants and a beautiful temple. The service was exceptional! Every single staff member greeted us every time we entered the lobby. They were so helpful with directions, suggestions and even umbrellas when it rained. The breakfast and the afternoon welcome drink were also wonderful! So many fresh and delicious choices in the buffet! We looked forward to the afternoon welcome drink daily -- the drink choices appealed to all our cravings and the view was spectacular! We were even fortunate enough to get a free origami lesson!

The staff is wonderful. The hotel is nice the rooms are very small and so are the beds making it very hard to navigate if you have alot of luggage and kids, but to be excepted in a city hotel
