"Nothing fancy but everything works. Best secret: Shuttle bus to Banff stops right outside the door. First stop to be picked up going to Banff First stop to to be dropped off after skiing If you are going to ski, this is the best place to stay!! "

The room was modern and clean. Plenty of parking spaces available and street parking is available as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Great stay for 7 days in Banff. Walking distance to downtown and easy access to hiking trails. View from my balcony was lovely. Breakfast buffet was tasty and enjoyable. Loved the environmental initiative offered. I opted for a hot beverage from white bark cafe in hotel lobby instead of having my room cleaned daily. The energy of this hotel was youthful but all ages were welcomed. Thanks for a wonderful time. "

"Great stay on Tunnel mountain. Loved the free parking but thought they should offer free bus passes to use within the townsite of Banff like every other hotel in Banff does. Great outdoor hot tub and their new restaurant the Prow had a great breakfast. "
