The room was great it was amazing to be able to use the amenities at the hotel canoe, beds were great!
Staff were very courteous and personable during check in. Check in process was very fast. Very well kept and relatively spacious rooms. Bed was extremely comfortable. Lots of amenities around.
The room can use more of a clean. Found a dead fly on the window ledge and something dried up on the floor. The flooring is very interesting which makes it hard to spot the dirt. But the location/parking is convenient. The beds are comfortable so we had great sleep for the two nights we stayed. For the price we paid, it was a decent stay.
The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful! The room was clean and faced the courtyard (super magical in the winter time) the complimentary coffee and tea was such a nice touch (and the even had oat milk..!) Looking forward to visiting soon!!
Heating was extremely noisy, woke us up everytime it kicked in, which was a lot. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, heated floor in bathroom only. Staff are lovely.
Spacious room, lovely beds. I would stay here again. The hot pools at the Canoe (just a block away) and included in the stay were lovely after a day skiing. Small extras like bus tickets, coffee abs hot chocolate at check in were great touches.
Clean room, looked newly renovated, and great coffee

What a fantastic little spot! I’m so glad we discovered this place. Beautifully updated rooms and so clean and comfortable. Being able to access the Otter’s stunning pool facilities was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back!
Our stay was incredible the rooms were spacious and clean and coffee was so good, the best features are the pools in caneo hotel that you can access and a lot of parking. You get a roam transit pass for going around in the town with your stay which is a great addition to overall experience
The Dorothy motel is fully renovated.Nice size of room, clean.I was just in shock with desinger choice of flooring it really didn't much with wallpaper and bathroom tiles. The heating element fan was really loud.We had to turned it off for the night.
Otherwise it was very quiet place we didn't hear trafic noise or neighbors. Overall I would recomend this motel for the value. It was a nice touch that you have an access to Canoes hotel pools.
I had a great stay. The room was clean and fully stocked plus it was really spacious, excellent location just a short walk (20 min.) to downtown Banff. The service was excellent and having access to the hot pools was a nice bonus.
