"A very beautiful and secluded resort just off of the Ocotal Beach area. A short drive from Playa Coco that includes beautiful black sand beaches. The villa was spacious and had lovely views of the ocean. If you have a car, it is an ideal stop as you can access other restaurants nearby, like father rooster, and others in coco. The restaurant at the hotel was also very tasty, and the staff was very friendly."

"Charming hotel, very well kept and amazing helpful staff. Lovely quiet beach front nearby with a few decent dining options there. Quiet chill place to relax, mostly an adult hotel overall it seems and with some nice live entertainment on weekends. Close enough to Coco beach for more dining options and beach stuff plus a very decent grocery store. Was great as a low key home base for this trip and very easy to and from the airport."

"Golden palms is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is incredible - friendly, helpful and they go out of their way to make you comfortable and to keep the facilities clean. "Property is just what it looks like in the pictures. Excellent communication from the hotel on WhatsApp. The apartment was cute, had basic cooking equipment and enough towels for everyone. The floors in the unit really needed to be cleaned and the keys/locks were a bit hard to use, those are my only complaints!"

"Enjoyed pools, easy access to very nice beach. Grounds were extremely well groomed. Public areas were clean and comfortable. Food and drinks were very good.
