Only three bedrooms, one en-suite, a sitting room and a place to do your tea / coffee / microwave. Very old, deliberately, the furnishings and fittings. After dark, Barrydale's R62, closes down quite quickly.... the next place going east, 150 km, is Ladismith. You eat at a restaurant in 'town'.... they are good too. In contrast, the bedrooms are excellent, clean and actually...

"If they put half as much into the rooms as they do the garden it would be wonderful. The room is dark, the bed is cardboard and the carpet is historic circa 1970. It needs some freshening. "
