"Caribe Hilton is a beautiful resort and we loved our stay there. The pools and views were amazing. The staff was super nice and we loved our room. Everything was very clean when we arrived and every day that housekeeping stopped by. The areas of improvement would be that there were two elevators and one was broken the entire time we were there so it took time to up and down. Also, hot water to shower was hard we had to wait a while for the water to warm up and play around with the knob to get it...

"Valet only parking for $20 fee which should be free.The towels were changed but not the sheets during our 3 night stay. The beds were not fixed daly either.Garbage bags were missing in the bins.
