"Nice hotel, fortunately with an adults pool as there were a lot of children. Food was good. Gym good although lacking a few machines I'm used to. Sauna area good too. There is a buggy service to get you around the resort. As previous reviewers mentioned there are just not enough of them so you find yourself hanging a round waiting a lot. And in 40+ temperatures that's not fun. It's a bit dissapointing because the management must clearly be aware of this from previous reviews."

"We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. Everything from A to Z has been impeccable. The villa, the food, the staff and everything one can think of. When there was a slight glitch in one of the services, the staff not only have resolved the matter promptly but exceeded expectations in terms of service recovery. "Absolutely top notch. Even before we arrived Mary the concierge was in contact to offer additional assistance. Room ready on arrival, with some nice extra touches. "We had a fantastic stay at Mughal Suites. Shadi and Diana checked us in and gave us a lovely suite. It was clean, the AC worked perfectly and we had a nice pool view. Diana called us to make sure everything was ok and let us know the name of the person who would be at the front desk after she left. When checking out, they even went through the room to make sure we didn’t forget anything. Parking was easy and ample. We bought the beach passes for the Hilton across the street. It was a short walk...
