I loved this hotel, it was very high end. Extremely attentive staff, my daughter loved the water slides, the kids club staff were super friendly and it was very very clean. We only stayed for 3 nights and didnt leave the resort so cant speak about the location.

This is a great hotel for families due to the facilities. The staff were simply incredible. It was our first holiday with our baby (one year old) and they all went out of their way to make her and us feel welcome. Special thanks to: Bel, Chablita, Trang and Chef in dining - they all deserve promotions! Aramay in reception was really helpful and welcoming too. Thank you to Abdou at the beach and Jos and KC at the pool, as well as the two gentlemen with the falcons for always being helpful.

As much is you write about this hotel and the entire single manager and employee is never enough!!! Name it: valet, room services, check in, pools, spa area, gym, sauna, steam room, the beach, cigar room, breakfast, dinner, the whole entire property is more than fantastic, any chnace i get the time i will definitely come back to it, this place is really amazing, i have been to so many countries and so many hotels, i would this the best or at least one of the best hotels i ever stayed in!!! The service was great and everyone was kind and attentive. My lower review stems from the quality of food on the half board package. The buffet was mostly inedible.

Amazing Family Stay

This hotel is the perfect resort for families, the facilities and food standards are of high quality. The kids club gives parents the opportunity to relax whilst under the good supervision of the care takers. The staff were very pleasant especially Kian who went out of his way to serve us as best as possible. The pool and beach area is well set up with the kids slides being a major bonus. The gym is well equipped. I would definitely go back.

Luxurious and family friendly. Rooms are spacious and palatial with gorgeous patio. Also very quiet it was my grand daughter’s birthday and they made it special for her. Children get to check in, get a passport and collect stamps during their stay. The kids club is amazing. She wanted to go every day and the staff were so kind Ample lifeguards constantly watching and keeping everyone safe. Food was excellent. Will definitely be returning

Best hotel of Ras al khaimah

It’s my fourth stay in this place and it’s an amazing hotel , very friendly staff especially Mohammad at the reception , very beautiful and large rooms , very comfy beds , also , the lady at the coffee shop camellia was very helpful and friendly . I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment . It has an amazing and huge lobby , the best thing is that the rooms are far away from each other as it has a very spacious corridor

Top notch 10 out of 10!!

Absolutely top notch. Even before we arrived Mary the concierge was in contact to offer additional assistance. Room ready on arrival, with some nice extra touches. All the staff so friendly and helpful. The food and service in the Lexington restaurant was amazing. Great pool areas which would suit either couples or families. Can’t wait to go back again soon! Thanks 🙏

My husband and I went for a staycation to celebrate our anniversary and it was worth every penny. They upgraded us for free to a suite. The view was amazing, and the sound of the waves at night set a relaxing mood. We enjoyed the pool bar, and then had drinks and shisha at one of the restaurants when the pool closed at 7pm. We will definitely be back with our kids for a family staycation and get connecting rooms. Highly recommend.

Hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean. Loved the way it was all lit up at night. It was easy access to the beach. The staff were always on hand to assist with any needs I had. The food was delicious and cooked to my liking. A huge thank you to housekeeping Faroq, Ramyah Teja/Dyah who kept my room spotless and made sure I had plenty of water and tea & coffee. And a huge thank you to Sarah Jane who organised a trip for me & transport to the airport. Overall an amazing experience. I look forward to visiting again.

The hotel is really beautiful - spacious and rooms are massive. However for a 5* hotel the food options weren’t great - I would have expected more for the lunch/poolside menus, and also there was a lack of poolside service. Had to wait ages to get someone to come and take our drinks/food order and then wait another 45mins for it. The service at breakfast was also quite slow - could take more than 30min to get a black coffee. It’s definitely a good resort and quieter - pool is great fun for kids - but there were a few small things like service and food that could definitely be improved.

The property is not new. They have all the water activities for the kids to enjoy themselves while the parents spend the day at the beach. They have 7 restaurants. The decor was average for what one would expect from a Waldorf. The property had that upscale Disney warehouse hotel vibe. It’s a big property. I would say that it looks more unique on the outside than it does on the inside. The rooms are well proportioned but need some upgrades and remodelling. It was an above average stay but there are a lot better and newer properties available in RAK and certainly in Dubai.
