"Brilliant hotel, service and hospitality is a different level- better than any other hotel we have stayed at. Rooms and food is excellent as well as best spa. Only thing I would say, is taps are not mixer taps so difficult to adjust water temperature. Other than that best hotel ever stayed at well worth it. And worth the upgrade for the the semi private pool. "

"there is a rooftop restaurant which is very convenient. the room was spacious. however the main problem we had was with the staff. the front of house is great and helped us a lot to secure taxis to our other destination however the room service staff kept entering our room at any time (happened) three times without knocking and waiting for us to open the door. as a group of three girls that made us feel very unsafe and weird. we made sure to lock the door properly after that. other than that...

"Location was close to the lake and had a great view and was close to nearby attractions. The hotel lacked an elevator, gym, pool and was older. I don’t mind and older hotel which is nostalgic but it needed some amenities. Restaurants were convenient."

"This is a lovely hotel and good value for the location. Staff are all excellent. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Good beds showers and facilities. The small gym is good and the pool was excellent- the cleanest we experienced in India. "Depuis Varanasi, suite à avions supprimés pendant plusieurs jours d’affilée à cause de conditions météo exécrables dans le nord de l’Inde, nous n’avons pu honorer notre réservation.
