"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"I book Signature bedroom view is amazing. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning is good. The view from the pool when sunset is very panoramic. "In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. "Quick check in process. I had a very nice two bedroom flat and it was clean and nicely decorated. I used swimming pool once it was a bit small for many people busy still ok. It is close to KLCC station and Petronas towers and shopping centres. What I don’t like that there was a hot water issue and I couldn’t have a hot shower at all.
