I had a great stay at M Suites in Kuala Lumpur. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, offering great comfort and value for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Convenient location too — close to the city yet quiet enough to unwind. The room was extremely nicely furnished and amended including a very nice view on the skyline of KL. The only thing that was missing were basics for cooking such as oil, salt and pepper. And just for you to know if you want any kind of housekeeping service, this needs to be requested via WhatsApp (the provider messages you once you arrive). So there is no automatic cleaning or change of towels.

Amazing stay at Scarletz Suites KLCC by M SUITES! I had an incredible experience here. The room was spotless and super comfortable, and the view was absolutely beautiful—exactly what I was hoping for. The owner and staff were amazing; their customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. They were kind, fast to respond, and always willing to help with anything. Housekeeping was also really quick and efficient. My room was cleaned so fast each day and always looked perfect when I returned. For the price, the value is unbeatable. Overall, I loved my stay and would 100% come back. Highly recommend Scarletz Suites KLCC by M SUITES to anyone visiting KL!

Great location friendly staff.. I would stay here again. Only downside is there are only 4 elevators so be prepared to wait but that’s only sometimes.

We loved Scarletz Suites and the owner of our suite was so friendly and quick to respond when we asked for an extra blanket and swipe card. This is Apartment style living with a 24 hour reception (but no restaurants etc. within the building apart from the mini mart) which is great so don’t make the mistake to think this is a five star hotel and then give it a bad rating. If you are after that book next door. Yes, some people have made comments about busy lifts in their reviews and this is true, but it is not as bad as many describe it and there are lots of great cafes and restaurants right opposite or nearby nearby and the City Centre is a short walk away. If you don’t want a five star hotel but beautiful self sufficient suites you will love it, we definitely did.

Great hotel and excellent location. I did have an issue with bugs in the apartment however that was swiftly rectified by management, which were helpful and accommodating. They moved me to another room right away.

Very convenient location, host was welcoming and communicating throughout my stay..loved the pool with awesome views and room amenities. Only issue was the 4 elevators servicing all levels can be crowded and stopping on every level. Also the front desk could improve on their customer service.

EXCELLENT

hotel in a central area, convenient for getting around. excellent services. in the hall there is also a small supermarket open until late. nearby excellent places to drink and eat. the room is a mini apartment with kitchen, modern bathroom, living room and bed with a spectacular view of the city. clean and organized environments. a wonderful swimming pool on the terrace. excellent quality/price ratio

Great views, room was good size for our family. Needed complimentary tea bags not just coffee satchels. Bit noisy during the night can hear all traffic and fireworks everynight all through the night. Pool was very nice but spa was never on.

Price & Location is good. However, the cleanliness really need some improvement. There are several management agent to look after this service apartment, some are pretty good as we can see from our friends’ room in different levels. Ours one is not so good unfortunately.

This is a great place with an amazing infinity pool. Arrived early, front desk staff not very helpful but when i messaged the host they were more than happy to accommodate and allowed us early check. Fast responses and would definitely recommend this place.

The place itself was very nice but the hot water for the shower would run out quickly, didn’t work for the tap in the bathroom, the aircon dripped too. There are only 4 elevators in this massive hotel so they are always full and takes a long time one time it took 20 minutes to get an elevator…the room was great and the view was amazing but just those little things to make note of :)

The pool was really nice and the customer service was great. The elevator in the building gets overly busy which can be annoying. For the price the value is very good in comparison to other nearby suites and we loved how close to the towers the building is.

We checked into the Suite on 25th of June. The place was nice and clean, We had a lovely stay the only nag is the lifts but when you are fully occupied the lifts will take time. Floor 47 was amazing as it has the rooftop outdoor swimming pool and we loved it. Thanks
